Reservations can be paid with credit card through our trusted booking system
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund.
If you cancel up to 7 days (including) of your tour/stay, you'll receive a 50% refund, minus administrative fees.
Tours: if you cancel within 6 days of your tour, there will be no refund.
Accommodation: if you cancel within 6 days of check-in, the cost of the first night plus 50% of remaining nights are non-refundable.
If you'd like one, yes!
In that case, you'll need to let us know you want a voucher. We can also type in a different name, if it's for a gift.
Ideally you'll want to make the booking at least 48 hours before the boarding/check-in date, using our contact form. However, you may call the day before or even on the same day and ask about availability.
The boarding and disembarking for the tours are on pier L, in front of the restaurants square.

The duration of the tour depends on which one you book.
We can take at most 8 passengers plus 2 crew members.
Our crew is prepared to serve you drinks and snacks, altough you need to reserve the snacks in advance. During the reservation just let us know your wishes for snacks by email or over the phone.
We don't have a guide, but our skippers can share information and knowledge about the area, during the tour. They speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.
No pets are allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
Yes, you can bring food and drinks, with the exception of alcoholic beverages, for safety reasons.
We also remind you we have available snacks and drinks on board.
Yes, but with moderation, for safety reasons.
Note: Ocean’s Four Sailing reserves the right to refuse boarding of anyone who is visibly intoxicated.
Smoking is expressively forbidden on board.
Marina de Cascais has available paid car parking for its visitors.
The Marina is located near the Bay of Cascais. Located just 5 minutes walking from the town's historical centre and 10 minutes from the train station, you can easily reach the Marina via its main entrance or the Passeio Maria Pia.

If you're driving, you reach the Marina via the road Av. Rei Humberto II de Itália. The GPS coordinates are: 38° 41′ 30.4188″N, -9° 25′ 5.523″W. Depending on traffic, you can reach it from Lisbon in about 30 minutes.
When you book any experience, the boat will be available only to you and those with you. The only exception is for the two crew members for experiences with sailing tours.
Typically, check-in is between 15h and 17h. You'll go to Pier L at the arranged time, where a crew member will greet you.
Typically, check-out is between 10h and 12h, so you don't have to rush in the morning.
Note: If your arrival or departure time fall outside of the above hours, let us know and together we'll try to find the best solution.
We have three cabins with double beds, two at the stern and one at the bow, where one more cabin is, with two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, both with showers.
The cabins are very comfortable and will provide you with a very good night's sleep.
Every morning you'll have fresh bread delivered. You'll also have available butter, jams, coffee, tea and milk.
Yes, there is available a free Wi-Fi connection on board.
  • You must arrive at the Marina, Pier L, 15 minutes before (5 minutes tolerance given)
  • You should bring flat and comfortable shoes
  • You should bring sun cream and a hat
  • Bring a bathing suit and towel
  • During any time of the year, but especially outside Summer, you should bring something warm, in case it's needed
  • Children under 5 years old are required to wear a life jacket from the time they leave the berth until the end of the tour
  • In case you tend to get sea sick, keep in mind it's usually worse if you haven't eaten. On board we'll have snacks and drinks available, however if you prefer to take some sea sickness tablets, please do
